Return Policy
Items purchased from www.gi-nogi-land.fr can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment in most cases. During this period, you can try the product and examine it as you would if you were buying something in a physical store.
The product and its packaging must be in the same condition as when you received them and must not be damaged in any way. You are allowed to take the product out of its packaging unless it is sealed. It must not be worn other than to try it on, nor washed.
If you decide to return the items, you must let us know before by sending an email to delivery@gi-nogi-land.fr or by phone to +3344965422 monday to saturday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Please note that you must return the items within 14 days of your return notification.
Processing your return and refund
After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded according to the initial payment method (used at the time of purchase). The refund will be made as soon as possible.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and they must arrange the shipment themselves. However, if you wish, we can arrange this for you and help you to make it as inexpensive as possible, do not hesitate to contact us!
Once the returns are received and accepted, the refund will be made according to your initial payment method. We will inform you once this has been done by email.
We will refund the value of the returned goods but we will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid by the customer (not offered) at the time of purchase, nor the return shipping costs.
Non-returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned: Products that are delivered sealed and cannot be returned with a broken seal.
We do not accept exchanges. If you meet all the conditions, your order will be refunded and you will have to reorder later.
